8 Ways to Save For a Walt Disney World Trip

I'm going to list eight ways to save for Disney.Save before you go on your trip. You want to save and you definitely don't want to put this on a credit card . You want to try to and make it to the parks as debt free as possible.

Tip 1- Decide when you want to go.

Holiday time is more expensive. I love the summer time. Disney will always have promotion such as free dining or 25% off a resort room. You can even tent camp. This is a great option for big groups and the campground is the best.

Tip 2- Start saving now. Look for a bank with a high yield savings account or checking account. Discover, Sofi and Navy Army Credit Union are just a few examples. There are so many more out there. I start saving a year before my trip.

Tip 3- Use Cash back credit cards. Use this strategy only if you are very disciplined and pay the balance off at the end of the month.

Tip 4- Stick to a budget. Your grocery bill can really get out of hand if you are not staying with in your budget limits. Limit your trips to eat out. You will save a lot of money this way. Try it and let me know how it works out!

Tip 5- Start a side hustle. I did!! Ask me about it. I also had a garage sale and sold on ebay.

This will really help to accelerate the process.

Tip 6- Cash back sites like Swagbucks and ibotta. Right now I us Coinout.

Tip 7- Coin change you find around the house. You can also make an effort to save all of the change you have. I collected $75 and that was so helpful.

Tip 8 . Stay at an off-site hotel. This can cut your overall cost.
